mcAmp plugin
With the mcAmp (http://www.musikcube.com/~mestk/other_stuff/mcAmp0.2.zip) plugin there are many programs that work with musikCube.
For information, mcAmp is a Winamp Emulation.
EvilLyrics
EvilLyrics (http://www.evillabs.sk) is a Lyrics searching tool.
It searches for lyrics online and stores lyrics for offline viewing.
It includes a karaoke feature.
FadeAmp 2
FadeAmp (http://www.winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=138321) is a tool for Winamp to crossfade between two songs.
It works great with musikCube but you need to start musikCube twice.
Two tips :
- Create a copy of musikCube.exe (musikCube_2.exe)
- Use miniPlayer plugin
BlaeroWMP
BlaeroWMP (http://www.deviantart.com/view/36139554/) is like miniplayer, compatible with many media players.
Software that officially supports musikCube
FoxyTunes
FoxyTunes (http://www.foxytunes.com/) is a Firefox/Thunderbird/Flock add-on that allows controlling media players with buttons in the status bar.
Since the version 1.2.5, musikCube is officially supported !
LyricWiki
LyricWiki (http://www.luminescence-software.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=section&id=5&Itemid=28) do the same thing as EvilLyrics. LyricWiki displays the lyrics of the song you are listening. LyricWiki software works with LyricWiki (http://www.lyricwiki.org/Main_Page) database. You can download it on the Luminescence website (http://www.luminescence-software.org)
CD Art Display
CD Art Display (http://www.closetosoftware.com/?s=cdartdisplay) is a free desktop program that shows the current song cover in a skinnable display.
On the RC5 Build 176 (http://closetosoftware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=150) the developer added musikCube support, but it uses Tunage feature.
Web Services and Instant Messengers
These are plugins for showing what you are currently listening to on your instant messenger. Some can also be used for making music charts.
musikMSN
musikMSN (http://musikcube.com/page/plugins/view/6) is a plugin created by Otto that allows you to show what you are listening to on a .NET Messenger Service client.
This plugin works with :

- MSN Messenger 7.5
- Windows Live Messenger 8
- Windows Live Messenger 8.1 (BETA)
YahooCube
YahooCube (http://www.musikcube.com/page/plugins/view/28) is a plugin created by ObsidianX. Like musikMSN, it shows what you are listening to on Yahoo! Messenger 8
ObsidianX may work on a Gaim plugin and possibly other instant messenger clients as well.

Last.fm is a social place where you can see what other people are listening.

iTunes Ratings Import
iTunes Ratings Import (http://www.musikcube.com/page/plugins/view/16) allows the importing of ratings from iTunes into musikCube.
iTunes to musikcube migration tool (ITUtoMC v.0.8)
ITUtoMC (http://www.activecontext.de/itutomc.aspx) easily migrates the following information from iTunes to musikCube:
- rating
- date added
- last Played
- times played
- playlists
Note: The application requires .Net Framework 1.1 to be installed on your computer.
