Plugins Installed: Export/import playlist, ,mini & tinyPlayer, cubeScrobbler, musiKeys, mcAmp and musiKeys

Bug Description:
(1.) mC (the GUI) freezes for some seconds if you lookup a CD in freeDB.
Ideas: Make some kind of "loading" splash dialogue. And make columns for artist and album.

(2.) When you start playing an Audio CD, the "Now Playling" playlist will turn into the CD Device list. It turns back if you start playing a song from your library.
Ideas: I thing songs on Audio CDs should be handled as normal songs (incl. queueing etc.).

(3.) When you are playing an Audio CD and then select a library song for "Queue as Next", mC crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
(1.) Put in an Audio CD, right-click on the correct device and "Lookup with freedb".

(2.) Play an Audio CD and then click on the "Now Playing" tab.

(3.) Playback an Audio CD and then "Queue as Next" a song from your library. But: I was not able to reproduce this bug always, so there has to be some more things to trigger that bug...
